The impact of depression on work performance in teleworkers in Serbia

Teleworking, as a new method of work, implies working out designated office space using informational technologies. As modern work practice, it became popular in recent years but abruptly developed the last two with COVID 19 pandemic when large number companies were forced to perform remotely resulting challenges. This research aims examine how mental health can affect performance teleworking employees. The sample holds 134 respondents conventionally and employed Serbia who interviewed CES-D self-assessment scale, 20 questions measuring depressive symptomatology. study demonstrates connection between methods state their influence on results.
